Compact 20V Electrostatic Disinfectant Sprayer for Home & Commercial Use

Our Cordless Electrostatic Sprayer is powered by a 20V DC 150W Li-Ion Driven Electric Motor, capable of achieving a coverage of 1000' Feet (304m) per minute and an Effective Spray Distance of 16' Feet (4.8m), with a maximum coverage area of 15,000 Square Feet per tank. The unit has a Max Fluid Capacity of 45oz/1.3L and a Max Flow Rate, along with the ability to deliver Adjustable Particle Sizes of 0-50um/Mm (micro-meters/microns). This electrostatic spraying technology is suitable for use on public/animal structures, lawn/gardens, crops/orchards, and plants/grow beds.

Studies show that the Electrostatic Sprayer generates a fog/mist formed of electrically charged Ions that are attracted to surfaces, delivering 360° coverage at the area of exposure, which is ideal for fighting pathogens and vector carriers. This technology excels in large area spraying and is also effective for evaporative cooling of barns, animal rearing facilities, and livestock facilities. The Electrostatic Sprayer can be used for public sanitation and disinfection of airports, docks, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, public transport, and theaters, as well as for controlling humidity in guitar factories, wine barrel storage rooms, small greenhouses, and plant preparation rooms.

The use of Electrostatic Spraying equipment is predominantly for the application of disinfecting agents. For safety, it is essential to always wear hand, eye, and breathing protection when operating these devices. Electrical connections must be kept dry and free of moisture, condensation, and water, and hands should be dry before touching the on/off power switch. After spraying the solution, the tank must be cleaned with water and detergent to ensure complete cleanliness. The unit should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

This Electrostatic Fogger combines the most advanced features of both ULV Foggers and Electrostatic Sprayers, capable of producing Ultra Low Volume droplets below 50um/Mm (microns) while positively charging the disinfectant for 360° coverage through the attraction of positive and negative particles.

The battery powering this Electrostatic Sprayer is a 4Ah Lithium-Ion 20V DC design with a Max 80Wh (Watt Hour) capacity, providing adequate power while being efficient and functional. The unit is designed with a resilient, impact-resistant insulating case for long-lasting life and battery protection in extreme climate conditions, down to 1°F/-17.8°C. Additionally, a built-in Circuit Protector aids against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating.
